Responsible for public-facing IITS services. Through the Provider Desk (ProDesk), Client Services is the single point of contact for technology issues, end user support, change management and new projects and requests. This group manages IITS communications; administers the desktop computing environment for offices, labs, classrooms and public spaces; provides coordination between end users and other IITS groups for policy, planning and projects; documents best practices; researches and names supported software and hardware; purchases hardware and software for use across the enterprise.
