The primary function of Audio Visual Services is to support classroom teaching and learning. Therefore, we prioritize our support to students whose AV equipment and support needs are academically related. Despite these limitations, we are often able to assist students who ask for equipment or event support.
Before contacting AV, you must contact Student Activities and Leadership Coordinator Lilly Lavner to discuss your event and the support you will need.
If Lilly Laver directs you to contact AV, please do so as soon as possible. We require a minimum of 7 days notice for all requests! Never assume that reserving a space on campus guarantees equipment or support from AV.
Audio Visual Services cannot offer PA systems for bands or other large events, lighting, video editing services, or setups for outdoor movies.
