Equipment loans are provided to Haverford College students, faculty, and staff. Bryn Mawr College and Swarthmore College students who are enrolled in a Haverford class may borrow equipment they need to complete assignments for that course.
Equipment may be checked out in-person at the Instructional Technology Center (Stokes 205) during open hours, for a loan period of 2 days. Longer reservations may be honored on a case-by-case basis. All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the buttons below to browse the IITS A/V equipment inventory. Once you find an item you want to borrow, you can check Tripod to find out when it will be available for checkout. In some cases, ITT may grant extended equipment loans to Haverford students, staff or faculty during college breaks. We prioritize academic needs and may not be able to accommodate every request. Interested patrons may submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Patrons are expected to know how to operate equipment prior to checking it out. By appointment, our staff may provide short tutorials.
Each patron is responsible for lost or damaged equipment checked-out to him or her. We ask all patrons to refer to our AV Equipment Loan Policy before checking out equipment.
