PDF Welcome to Google Apps Education Edition at Haverford, or HaverApps. With HaverApps, you will be able to use Google’s suite of tools for access to college email, documents and calendaring.
Setting up your HaverApps account requires 4 Steps:
Step 1: Create your Google Account
If you have already created your Haverford Account, Username and E-Mail skip to Step 3. If not, visit: https://accounts.haverford.edu/user/googleCreate to create your Account. (Link will open in a new window.)
Step 2: Wait five minutes
Once you create your account in Step 1, please wait about five minutes before continuing to allow time for synchronization between Haverford’s and Google’s systems.
Step 3: Log in to your HaverApps Account and accept the terms and conditions
- Go to http://mail.haverford.edu/.
- Log in using your Haverford username and password.
- You’ll be presented with a set of terms and conditions that you must accept before you can use HaverApps.
Step 4: Enjoy!

Extra Tips
- Mobile Devices
If you check your email on a mobile device, you will need to configure your mobile device to check your Gmail account. - Training
