Order & Service Procedure
Placing Service Calls
Service calls may be placed by calling the IITS ProDesk at 610-896-1480 (x1480). An initial service assessment will be conducted by an IITS representative, if the issue is not resolved it will be escalated to IPS.
When calling the ProDesk please have the IPS ID# of the machine and model number readily available (the IPS ID is located on the ID sticker on the device).
Placing Supply Orders
Supply orders for toner may be placed by calling IPS directly at 1-800-347-2913. When placing a service call, please have the IPS equipment ID# (located on the sticker on the device) and a detailed description of the problem available.
Note: IPS waits until a certain number of orders are collecting before shipping them to Haverford. Rush orders can be requested but incur an additional charge.
