IITS manages and maintains networked printers on campus through our print server, PAINE (after the famous Quaker, Thomas Paine).

Support for the printers should be directed to the ProDesk at email@example.com or #610-896-1480.
All of our networked printers (except the few remaining Xerox Copiers) are covered through a hardware and supply contract with Innovative Printing Systems (IPS). Any supplies needed for printers should be ordered directly through IPS at #1-800-347-2913.
HP copiers are managed separately through our Pharos server and require special configuration and clearance.
