Both AT&T and Verizon Wireless provide preferred pricing and terms for service billed directly to the College.  To qualify for the pricing and terms listed below, your service:

  • Must be approved in accordance with the rules set by your area Vice President (administrative offices), the Provost (academic areas) or the President of the College (President’s office staff).
  • Must be with AT&T or Verizon Wireless on a supported device.
  • Must be on Haverford College’s billing account.
  • Will be billed directly to IITS.
  • Will be charged to your department by IITS.

A few notes about the plans below:

  • Pricing already includes the discounts offered by the providers.
  • Your average usage over the past six months can be used as a guide to determine the plan you should be on.  For example, a user who regularly bills 350-450 minutes per month would typically be on a 400 minute plan.  Likewise, a user who bills 50-150 minutes per month on average would be on a 100 minute plan.
  • Minutes are pooled with all other users in the College.  For example, if your plan provides 400 minutes per month and you use 300 in a given month, the leftover 100 minutes are added to the overall “pool” of minutes to supplement users who exceed their allotment.  Likewise, if you’re slightly over one month, your overage will be supplemented by those who were under that month.
  • Departments will not be credited for underutilization.
  • The plan highlighted in blue is the default plan for college issued wireless phones.
