The ProDesk will support all software listed on the Software Download page provided that the software is installed on a computer that meets our minimum requirements and has one of the following operating systems:
- Windows Vista, 7, or 8.1
- 10.8 (Mountain Lion), 10.9 (Mavericks), 10.10 (Yosemite)
A Note about Upgrades:
The IITS ProDesk does not support new operating system releases until we can confirm that all of our software and services run properly on the new OS. Do NOT, under any circumstance, upgrade a lab or classroom computer to a new OS. IITS performs clean installs of all public computers during each semester break.
